Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026  |  Version 2.0

This policy explains what information KEG Executive Management ("KEG") collects through tools.kegexm.com and how we use it. KEG is a Utah limited liability company. Contact: ken@kegexm.com.

What we collect

When you complete an assessment or request a Service, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company, title, company size, and your responses to assessment or intake questions. If you engage us for a paid Service, you may separately share a phone number for engagement-related contact; we do not require or collect phone numbers at the free-assessment stage. We do not collect payment card details on this site — payments for paid Services are processed independently by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics. We do not currently use cookies or third-party analytics on this site. If we add analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) or advertising pixels (for example, a Meta Pixel) in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, present a cookie notice before or when those tools go live.

How we use it

We use your information to generate your assessment report, deliver and schedule any Service you request, follow up with you about your results, and improve our Services. If you opt in, we may send you occasional relevant updates. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing ken@kegexm.com.

AI use. Portions of our research, comparison, and drafting workflow are AI-assisted. Automated scoring is used to generate free assessment results; paid deliverables receive substantive human review before release. We do not use client-submitted information to train third-party AI models.

How it is stored and who processes it

We use the following service providers (subprocessors) to operate the Services, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms:

We limit internal access to information to what is needed to deliver our work. As of the date of this policy, KEG does not use subcontractors; if that changes, subcontractors will be bound by confidentiality and data-handling obligations no less protective than this policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and your choices

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our Services, or until you request deletion, except that records supporting a completed paid engagement (invoices, payment records, contracts) are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to meet federal and Utah tax recordkeeping obligations, regardless of an earlier deletion request for that specific engagement. Marketing and lead data for prospects who do not become clients is deleted or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity, or immediately upon opt-out request.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to the tax-retention exception above), by emailing ken@kegexm.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We maintain a written information security program describing the safeguards we use to protect your information, consistent with Utah Code § 13-44-201. If we experience a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and, where required, the Utah Attorney General and Utah Cyber Center, consistent with Utah Code § 13-44-202. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors and clients

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information under applicable state privacy law. To exercise any such right, email ken@kegexm.com. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so most opt-out rights do not apply to our current practices, but we will honor any valid request.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
