The Operational Readiness Score and AI Readiness Score are free. There is nothing to refund, and these are provided with no liability of any kind.

Paid audits and Competitive Intelligence deliverables

We stand behind our work. If a paid operational audit or Competitive Intelligence deliverable does not meet the scope agreed at engagement, or contains a material factual error that is our fault, we will correct it, extend it, or refund you — in that order.

How to raise it and when. To request a correction, extension, or refund, contact Ken directly at ken@kegexm.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery, specifying what you believe is missing or incorrect. We will first attempt to correct or extend the deliverable to address the issue. Where that is not possible or does not resolve the issue, we will issue a refund.

Sole remedy. Correction, extension, or refund under this policy is your sole and exclusive remedy for a deliverable that does not meet the agreed scope. This policy does not cover, and no refund is available for, business outcomes or decisions you made based on a deliverable — see the "Your business, your decisions" section of our Terms and Conditions.

Conditions

A refund does not apply where:

• The issue arises from information that was inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date when you submitted it — though we will always work with you to correct the record;
• The request is made more than 14 days after delivery;
• You did not complete the scheduled intake call or provide requested materials needed to complete the engagement; or
• The deliverable has already been accepted in writing or relied upon in a decision you made before raising the issue.

No chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. We ask that any concern be raised with us directly first so we have the opportunity to make it right.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
